My Magnifi Mini AX seems to turn itself off after a couple of hours, even though it's in use. Help?

I have a new Magnifi Mini AX and on both occasions that I have used it so far, the subwoofer has ‘exploded’ with noise after a couple of hours - really loud, repeated thumping tones. Having looked at it, it looks like the main sound bar has turned itself off. Is there some sort of stand by mode, which would be odd, as there is a movie playing, but anyway, it’s all I can think it could be short of a fault.

    Hello,
    I'm sorry you're having problems. Noise from the subwoofer is often caused by interference from other wireless devices, such as a router. How close is your router to either the subwoofer or the soundbar? Yes the unit does have an auto on/off function, however it shouldn't go into standby while it is playing.
