Hello,
Let me refer this to a friend at Polk, I'll post what he suggests. -
And it does not power off automatically. Can I get any contact mail id??

Polk will replace your soundbar. All you have to do is send an email to: Kim.Jasper@masimo.com and give him your name, address, telephone number and the serial number of your unit.
