Well that's sad to see.
She was an interesting composer and performer (and I mean that as a compliment).

For those who don't mind a musical challenge her masterpiece is "Escalator Over the Hill" available as a three record boxed set or on CD. It took three years to record and has performances by Jack Bruce and a young Linda Ronstadt among many others. It has been described as a "jazz opera" and combines several musical genres. It requires attentive listening but it will stick pleasantly in your memory.
