Heard this was coming out I will have to stream it. I can't imagine it being something worth purchasing, however curiosity has me wondering how bad he effed this up.

My son told me about it. I'm afraid to give it a listen because I may not be able to unhear it.

Man I had to go to youtube and give it a listen. Boy its like half speed, it's all sorts of mucked up. I couldn't listen to a complete song out of the 3 that I tried to listen to.

    WOW!!

I hadn't given it a listen because I couldn't be bothered but you guys intrigued me and I'll never forgive you. There goes 30 minutes of my life (I couldn't make it more than half way through the songs) that I'll never get back unless God does me a solid.

I love DSOTM. It's my favourite album of all time and it's always the first I pick songs from to listen to on any HiFi setup I get to experience. What a garbage fest. Am I the only one that felt there was more bass than any other frequency? The instrumentals are just Roger rambling about stuff... he mentioned Pilotwings (the video game) at one point and I have no clue what on earth he was going on about.

I pulled a few of the more resonant comments from "Money" that I found matched my own sentiments.

"This song proves that despite a great melody... instrumentation is key to a successful hit."

"Of all the songs Roger Waters has recorded over the years, that is certainly one of them."

"Roger Waters is the first guy in the world who turned a masterpiece into a demo version."

"This redux will be the living reminder that Roger wasn't the sole reason why Pink Floyd was a hit."

"NO AUTOTUNE, NO MIXING TRICKS, JUST STRAIGHT ****."

"This is surely one of the songs of all time."

"Oh cool! So this album is like the original songs, but with literally every ounce of soul sucked out of it."

    But my favorite...
"THIS IS FIRE! A dumpster fire. Could someone please put it out?"
"Some people find it easier to be conceited rather than correct."

"Unwad those panties and have a good time man. We're all here to help each other, no matter how it might appear." DSkip

Roger Waters argued with David Gilmour about not putting comfortably numb on the wall album, that's a great song why would he not want it on the album?

It is not SOOO horrible, it is memorable in some odd way, but even worse, boring and bland and just so unnecessary.
