i just installed a set of the db 6.5 components, and was wondering how long i should break them in. also, the tweets sound like they are playing louder than the woofers, is this just cause they arent broken in yet?

Where are the tweets located? If they're a lot closer to you than the woofers, well then... they'll be louder. Also, what are the settings on your CD player?

the tweets are in the a-pillar, and the mids are down in the door panel. which settings do you mean? i turned the treble down some if thats what you mean. it helped some.

I didn't break mine in, I just started playing them. They sound better and better over time but they were great to begin with.

My tweeters are on the door pillar.

How do I attach a photo that is on my HDD to this thread?

it has to be very small to attach, i always load them on sounddomain then click on IMG above the text box and give the link of the picture

    Thanks Cody!

Here is a photo of the door before the Dynamat went in. I'll take updated photos over the weekend because I have to do the rear doors and install the crossovers and tweeters but this shows where the tweeter for the front door is located:
