Has that model been discontinued? It seems out of stock everywhere.
Is there a successor?

Crutchfield has them. Polk says out of stock, so not discontinued. Supply chain issues continue.Political Correctness'.........defined

Please please please leave a review on the best buy website so we can track sales data- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

Sounds like he ordered it from Crutchfield. So there goes the fever dream idea that Crutchfield isn't selling any Legend series.

You're not suggesting the the "Crutchfield" story is a legend, are you?

Hello and good afternoon to you. Please allow me to offer you a very warm welcome to Club Polk. Congrat's on the new speakers!
Tom~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~ -
As we’ve stated numerous times, they will likely require a quite lengthy break-in period before they sound their best. Mine sounded good, bad, good, kinda bad, good, etc for well over 100 hours. Then they sounded great. They are really fine speaks

This cannot be emphasized enough. The Legend series require extensive break in time in order to do their best. Trying to do any serious listening with them out of the box through the first 200 hours is bound to be frustrating. My L800 could sound amazing at the beginning of a song and halfway through sound like crap.
It was a break-in period unlike any other I have ever experienced with any other audio product, but very well worth the frustration for the end results. The Gear...
