New Goldring E4 Cartridge

I posted awhile back about my Goldring E3 cartridge and how pleased I was with it offering so much bang for the buck and where to score one for a lot less than your usual etailers.
I just learned a little while ago that Goldring will be adding an even better cartridge to their E Series family with the new E4. Here's a good write up that explains it and what's different about the new E4. What's nice about this family of cartridges is that the styli are interchangeable. So you can see where I'm going with this now. If you already own an E3, you can upgrade it to the E4 nude elliptical stylus.

Yes. Thank you for your confirmation, Keiko. Certainly very good news about an eventual upgrade whereby the entire cartridge does not have to be replaced. I have bought a new Goldring E2 MM Cartridge, and soon afterward made a purchase of an E3 Stylus. I have not used this moving magnet phono cartridge yet that has gotten very good reviews.
Interchangeability of a stylus for a Goldring moving magnet cartridge is an advantage! There does not have to be more money spent, and later the E4 is going to be mounted next on my Rega Planar 3 Turntable, of early 1980s that I bought as a plinth. It was without a tonearm, drive belt, and dust cover.
I am going to mount the Goldring E3 MM unto a Rega Planar 3 plinth that I restored, repaired and later upgraded with a Rega 24V Motor Upgrade that I installed. Everything works wonderfully, and there is correct speed. Since a previous drilled a larger hole for the tonearm I had to find, and I installed a Linn Basik Plus Tonearm. And from the research that I have done, such as vinylengine.com a Goldring E3 MM is compatible with the Linn Basik Plus tonearm.
I also had placed three coffee cups upside down underneath the turntable's feet because the L shape elbow of the Phono RCA Cable is so low that it touches the surface, by the way.
Sincerely,
