Like many, I assume - any Dreadnoughts available and for sale?

Kind of a shot in the dark:
Looking to purchase a 1000va dreadnought, but without a doubt, would purchase an 800va!
Thanks for your time!

If you can use a 625 va, I have one that I set up temporarily for the original SDA SRS. In my opinion it was excellent
sounding. It has the wiring for temp service until I found a box for it. I found a set of 1.2TL's and the project went to
the closet

They are $135 from parts express. I'll take $70 plus shipping if interested.

You used that for original SRS with a blade/blade socket?
-
I did. And I may have experimented with TL's. It's just been too long ago to recall for sure.
The SDA SRS was powered by a GFA7700 that did NOT like running without the grounds being jumped.
And things were great with the transformer too. Are you seeing the pin? -
No I seriously do not understand how you could use it on blade/blade interconnect where both blades carried signal, unlike a Pin/blade where only the pin carries a signal and the blade goes to ground. There is no "ground" on a Blade/blade cable that is why it MUST be used on common ground only.

Again my memory fails me. I'll need to reeducate myself on the purpose of the dreadnaught and its application.
It's been 15 years since. -
Okay I just want to make sure someone doesn't get the impression that it can be done.
Carry on -
My application would be for 2.3tl, P/B (now neutrik). One wire is a ground and the other wire carries the signal.
Thanks for stopping in!

Hi, me again! This post can also be closed. I was finally able to get an A.L Y236906 directly from them and built my own Dreadnought. Turned out perfect, I followed many posts here and Dynamated the entire inside and transformer, completely.
Thanks for the patience!

Nice job!
