Reciever issues

Apparently this is the only forum that will actually answer questions I have found. No joke. This is a question about my denon reciever but I have all polk speakers. I just upgraded reciever today from a friend for free so I couldn't loose either way. Anyway it's a denon avr-s940H reciever & win I plug it in it says update error 1102. Does anyone know what I can do? I think it needs new firmware maybe or something. Idk at all. Thanks in advance
