Good haul today
Made a post asking about upgrades for the M5JR+ and mentioned I was getting them on July 3rd, so if you read that post, here's the haul.
Not too bad at all. The RT35 are in good condition, M5JR+ in fair condition. The corner separation is super minor and purely cosmetic, the seal is intact and they sound amazing. SL2000 tweeter is super harsh though.
Excited to have side surrounds now, and very excited to have some project speakers. Going to make those monitors sound and look amazing.
Also the CD is an original (I believe) press of Brothers in Arms by Dire Straits. Mint condition and cost me $2 at a Christian mission store. Out of all places to find a Dire Straits CD...

"Brothers in Arms" was the first album to sell over one million in the compact disc format. Released in October 1985.
Songs are about the 1982 British Falklands War. Very moving songs, anti-war mostly.
Nice speakers too! -
Love the album. Money for Nothing is just such a good damn song. Interesting fact about the album though... cool to know.
Dire Straits has such good damn music. I found their entire discography on vinyl at a Pawn Shop they wanted $20 per record as they were original presses but they were in HORRIBLE condition I mean the sleeve was practically falling apart and the record itself had more scratches than a middle schoolers phone screen. -
You were wise to pass on the records. There should be thousands of them available in much better condition.
Just one U.S. vinyl version, 109 for sale.

I'm just going to buy new copies on Amazon for $30/ea
Might as well. Did that with my DSOTM record and I can't complain.
