Sansui TU-S9 completely recapped (all electrolytic's) with Nichicon Muse, Fine gold or a few others as specifications required.
Lights work, will send an antenna with.

Haha. That big ugly tuner I bought here on Club Polk about 12 or 13 years ago. The guy who sold it was named Starkiller or something like that. Came with box and manual.
