I'm looking for a CS1000p and two PSW1200s to complete my RT5000-on-crack setup.
I doubt anyone with these are in Atlantic Canada, so if you're willing to ship, I'll cover all expenses.
I just got scammed for a PSW650 on Kijiji, so I figured I'd post here as I trust Club Polk.

I have used it. The people in the US are either selling for too much or won't ship, and none in Canada whatsoever.
I might bite the bullet and slightly overpay for a black-front CS1000p in PA tbh. -
Why PSW1200s? Polk subs are, to be brutally honest, terrible.

The psw1200 was and is a beast.
A true 20hz subwoofer. It should not be rolled into other Polk subs.
It was the trickle down of the srt which the srt subwoofers are insane for theater

I'm trying right now to build an insane RT5000 based HT. RT3000p, CS1000p, RT800 rear, RT35 side, RT15 height, dual PSW1200.
I could find a better subwoofer for sure, but it'd be cool to own a couple of em. -

Still…I get the rest. It’s an awesome matching set. But subs aren’t timbre matched, so it’s literally just for the cool factor?!? I do agree that better subs exist today but if you could find the PSW1200 at like say 250 to 300 dollars? Id rock it for sure. Anything more given the age and the amplifier, etc would be to much for me!- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

Yeah if I can pull one for 200-300 US I'll absolutely snag one, especially because I can repair the amps whenever I want. The CS1000p is absolutely a must have for me though.

@VR3 The CS1000p I was gonna a buy (it's still available) is cheaper than a CLR3000 and I'd have the schematics for it so I could repair it + it would match my RT3000p perfectly + novelty.
I'll consider the CLR3000 if I for some reason end up missing my chance for a 1000 and just can't find another. -
Finding a CS1000p in great shape for $500 is a steal IMO, especially if one is in need of one.
They do not come up very often. Now I’m not saying this one is as I haven’t seen it nor do I need it.
He will sell the complete set for $995.
Looks like the subs are no longer operational though..
As killer as these setups are/were they are getting up there in age..

I know a guy selling one black painted front in mint condition for $225 US and the amp still works. I'm gonna get it after I buy my TCL R646 in a few weeks... just need to find a scam-proof payment method. I trust the guy but I got burned for the first time a while ago now I'm over cautious lol

So uhhhh.....
May or may not have gotten ghosted... really hope that's not the case. I hadn't paid him or bought the label, as he had a work thing to attend to, but I just haven't heard anything about the CS1000p.
I'm just kinda sad now, definitely learned my lesson not to get my hopes up until I actually get what I paid for... at least the second RT35 pair I ordered came in pristine condition!
Bummer, I'm just bummed because I really wanted that CS1000p. Oh well, there's plenty of fish in the sea, though not all of them have dual 6.5" subwoofers built in. -
