Monitor 10b tweeter replacement

Hey, I just bought some monitor 10bs that have the silver coil tweeters (SL-2000s) and want to update them for the 194s and I tried calling the Polk customer support # but they have no idea what I'm talking about. I think the threads I've been reading might be outdated. Any idea what the process is now? I'd really appreciate any help...

    I have heard that it is crucial to say "RD0194-1". Exactly like that otherwise they are clueless.
