They are a (Rockin') Canadian band that made a big splash in the Great White North, but not so much elsewhere. I came upon them after seeing an article where Getty Lee (Rush) mentioned them as being very underrated.

I've been listening to their top tracks on Spotify, and digging it.

They opened several shows for Page & Plant back in 1996 & 1998. They opened the show I was at, but I honestly don't remember them. I'll have to look up some songs.

Why are we looking to reduce a subjective experience to objective criteria anyway? The subtleties of music and audio reproduction are for those who appreciate it. I got turned on the The Tragically Hip when my wife was watching "Anne With An E". They perform the theme song. Thanks for remining be about them.

If you are looking for a quaint yet enjoyable show, "Anne With An E" on Netflix fits the bill. It is a fresh take on the Anne of Green Gables story.
