    NOICE!
I was looking that up and someone mentioned it was designed by Micro-Seiki? Is this true? If so, how much Micro-Seiki is in there?

    Which cartridge?

I saw a video clip of that table - shows it being fully automatic?

I always confuse the company name Gold Note with Audio Note. Both very cool companies.

    Were the cookies included? :p

Looks great, and I see it is highly adjustable. However, I think you'll want to upgrade from that Rega MM cart (which is really a re-badged AT) pretty quickly.

Review to come in a week or two, but out of the box and with the cheap cartridge on the table, this sounds very promising indeed. The Gold Note is dead silent, and having the ability to tailor the RIAA curve on the fly is a cool feature. This is going to be a lot of fun!

4 sides in and I can tell this preamp is something special. There is now way a cheap MM cartridge should sound this good.

I am working a deal on the MC cart that Gold Note recommends pairing with the PH5 and see what that does, but having the ability to enjoy LP”s again without fear of destructive little fingers being able to ruin everything is a blessing.

The world is your oyster with that preamp, due to the multiple adjustments available. The cartridge that Gold Note recommends, and what is compatible with your tonearm, may be different.
