My Polk maginify max that is connected to Samsung tv via optical cable, randomly increases the volume. How can I fix this

When you notice the volume changes has what you are watching changed? For example has the program gone to a commercial when the volume changes?

No it changes automatically while watching anything on TV. And this happened in like 5-10 mins of lowering the volume.

Let me refer this to some friends at Polk.

Try this:
On the rear of the soundbar below the Wi-Fi light and beside the USB port is a small reset button.
Press and hold down this button for about 15 seconds; you will hear 2 audible 'dings'.
This is your confirmation that the reset has occurred, and the update will take place.

When we play something from our phone connected to sound bar via Bluetooth, after sometime it gets disconnected automatically. Will this also fix the Bluetooth connectivity issue?
