Marantz SA8005 Problem

So, I went to turn on my system to listen to some old Sanborn that I haven’t listened to in a while. I hit the power button and nothing. I checked all connections, still nothing. So I popped the top looking for a fuse or something that would be an easy fix. I don’t see anything. Does anyone have a repair manual, or keen eye for electronics failures?

Does the red standby light on the front illuminate?
-
Fuse should be on the IEC power cord connection point.
Most have a fuse port on the front.
-
I don't see any inline fuse holder on the IEC plug.

It's circled in yellow.
Some on the front there's a tiny piece that comes out and has a tiny fuse. Use a good lighting source, it will say fuse or show a picture in most cases -
But it's just a basic two prong IEC. I don't see any fuse drawer:

Yeah I don’t see a fuse holder either. Bummer.2-channelBelles 22A Pre, Emotiva XPA-2 Gen 2, Marantz SA8005, Pro-Ject RPM-10 Turntable, Pro-Ject Phono Box DS3B, Polk Audio Legend L800's, AudioQuest Cable throughout.

Maybe it's just a simple issue like a bad relay or something:
-
Never mind. It’s the cable. I never would have believed it. I’ve never had a power cable just go bad. And I have electronics from the 80’s that I still use.2-channelBelles 22A Pre, Emotiva XPA-2 Gen 2, Marantz SA8005, Pro-Ject RPM-10 Turntable, Pro-Ject Phono Box DS3B, Polk Audio Legend L800's, AudioQuest Cable throughout.

WHAAAAAT?!

Bad cable, BAD!

The blue device right next to the relay might be a fuse like device.Political Correctness'.........defined
