Bought a pair, but just got sent one

Wondering if anyone can give me some advice.
I just upgraded my amp that can do 7.1 that arrived last month, so exiting! So when I spotted the TL1 satellites in white restocked on the Polk site, I jumped on the cart before you can say surround. On the site it was clearly listed $69 for a pair. See screenshot
Imagine my disappointment when only one arrived, and when I checked the website again the price listing has changed to 69 'each' ?
I have put him up anyway, and it is facing an empty bracket on the opposite wall like an empty chair as his date never turned up.
I have been on a trip on the other side of the globe since. I don'tt fancy staying up at night and be on hold so I have emailed them over 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything from Polk. Is there any other way to prod a reply from them?

I can't help with contacting customer service, but the site does still show the white version at $69 a pair on this summary page for surround speakers but not on the individual product page which shows $69 each. I loaded a pair in the cart from the summary page and it shows $69 but it's not clear it's for each or a pair. The website hasn't been completely accurate with pricing for a couple years now.

Good spot, I didn't see that. Hopefully that should help my case, and I am not completely delusional.
Hopefully CS would pick up my enquiry thanks to Hermistism for tagging, I presume, a polk employee?
Also hope I didn't start a massive run on what could be a pricing mistake... -

Hi @CFarrell_SoundUnited, yes I have sent a email in over 2 weeks ago and have not heard back. [Reference: 230302-000171]. I am also away on a trip in Asia so email is much more convenient for me, rather want to avoid being on hold on the phone to a CS in the middle of the night. Thanks -
Just to update everyone, in case anyone is in the same boat. Polk CS finally responded after 2 weeks, and they basically gave a "Sorry not sorry" response, and offered a 50% off for the other satalite speaker. Which is what was expected right?
....except the response did not contain any infomation on how to get the 50% off,
or checking the fact the white color is now out of stock (I bet it is @audioluvr's fault lol),
or the fact the site still says the price is for a pair (https://www.polkaudio.com/en-us/category/satellite-surrounds and click on the color options a few times).
not sure if I should be sorry for guys or what. -
I've forwarded this to a contact at Polk who is great at solving problems.
