Trying to identify what this bellhousing originally belonged in.
It is factory Aisin and 6.125" deep.

Was sent to me a few years ago to make an adapter for the trans side and the guy didn't want it back as he put in a 1uzfe in his 944...
It has a casting designation of "F" and can't find info....

    I don't recognize it off hand. ('87 and "02)

Might check out Marlin Crawler or some of the Toyota off road forums?

Been a while, but iirc, Marlin does some stuff with transmissions, though more with xfer cases, I think?

    Also maybe LC Engineering?

I can't remember if it came from UK, Australia, or NZ. Was over 10 yrs ago I made adapter. So it must be a non-US vehicle. I tried searching and only found 1uzfe in an older FJ, but not trans pics.

The guys at Iron Pig Offroad might recognize it.

I went up there once to pick up some Old Man Emu suspension parts. They have a cool shop. I thought they primarily specialized in Land Cruisers/FJs, but looks like they do other stuff, too.

Those Toyota 4x4's are tough (I've owned several). You can bet those guys aren't changing their oil every 3000 miles.... :D

Other countries get the cool stuff. In the 80s and early 90s, we got the ones with the beds that came from the factory made of pressed rust.

A lot of usedToyota trucks end up on the international
market. Can anyone forget the Ernie's plumbing truck
being used as a heavy machine gun platform by ISIS?
