    great budget!
    now...
how many subs do you want?
    what size?
remember this stuff takes up trunk room...
other than that, what are the speaker sizes of your car?

Speaker size are 6'1-2 front and side are 5'1/4. Actually there is no rear but they are 6*9 For the sub, i'l like 2 10 inch cause there is not enought room. For the sub, i would like the most powerful or almost... (for any make) and one of the best amp. I know momo got some good but i don't really know them very well.

Hehe, i'm new so don't ask to much! So who will tell me if it is a good choise MMc650 for the front, the MM525 for the side, the the MMC691 for the rear. I think its good choice but want about an amazing amp with a sub to go with it (4ohms)

    sweet
    this sub
    $370
    this amp for that sub
    $350
get www.sounddomain.com to match that price because they are authorized dealers and www.acaraudio.com is not
    these utopias
    $580
    this amp for those speakers
    $240
again, do the sounddomain thing again
    this head unit
    $400
    thats $1940 right there
thats all the basic stuff you need
youll also need a box...prefab crap aint going to cut it, youre going to have to build it yourself or get it built by a shop
youll also need a 2nd battery and a battery isolator
    get an optima yellow top
    $160
    2 pairs of these RCAs
    $100
    $2200 right there
for wiring, youre def. going to need 1/0 awg
id say 30ft to be on the safe side
    30ft x $2.25 a foot at knukonceptz =$67.50
    15ft of 4awg x $.99=$15
    5ft of 8awg speaker wirex$1.50=$8
    20ft of 12awg speaker wire x $.80=$16
    $2310
add an extra $50 for misc. stuff like ring terminals, distro blocks, fuses
    $2360
for the last $150, go to www.secondskinaudio.com
the owner's name is Ant, tell him you have $150 to spend, the type of car you have, and that you dont want rattles and that youre mainly concerned about the trunk
also tell him you heard about second skin from the car audio forums and hell give you a nice discount
that system WILL be better than your friends cars WITHOUT A DOUBT unless theyve spent a lot of money on their ****...
that will be one wicked system

Beware on those Focal Utopias. Focal does not authorize any internet sales and so the ones you may be getting could be open box, repaired, or flat out rip offs. Whenever you see $1200 speakers advertised for $550, something is wrong.

Absolutely they are great speakers. There are better but for $300 you wont find a better speaker period. Add to that, that the MM6 can hang with $400 speakers and whip a lot of them outright!

It all depends on how much you want to spend. The MM6 is an awesome speaker but for $120 more you can have Focal Polyglass which sound a lot better. Whereas the $580 K2 Power by Focal are better still.

Me, I have a hard time paying more than $400 for a set of car speakers. Thats why my choices are the Polk MM6 for $300 or the Diamond Audio M661s for $360. the $430 Focal Polyglass is a strong maybe cause they do sound awful good!!
