Over the Memorial Day holiday I had the good fortune to be able to take a quick trip to Rochester NY to visit family. I planned a trip to see Doc, and was able to spend a bit more time this go-round. We tipped a few brews, and checked out some great tunes. Some were selections he later used as references in his latest review. Incredible sound! Then it was on to some scenes from Animatrix and Return of the King.

I enjoyed myself and just want to say thanks again to you, Ed and your better half for the hospitality. It seems like I've known you a long time. Funny how this cyber thing can do that.

Strange, as it turns out, Ed and I graduated from the same high school! Nowhere near the same year though.

If ever you do make it down Houston way, be sure to let me know so I can return the hospitality.

Thanks, Steve. Great seeing you again, too. The better half also commented on how your return visit was a pleasure.

Glad you liked how my sustem is shaping up. Next time, you can hear the LSi7's in the loop. They are more refined than the 800's in most respects, but the 800's still have an intangible I prefer sometimes.

Anyway, I'm digging those musics selections you left here, and I hope you are enjoying the ones you took back from me. Whenever you are ready to make the switch, just drop an dime and I'll mail everything back to you. I'm glad I was able to use them in the review.

No pics this time; I'm still reeling from the Bob Dole crack Russ made about me last time. ;)
