I have a Velodyne VX 10 powered sub. My son bought me two Polk PSW 202s for Father's day. 1.) Can I mix a polk and a Velodyne? 2.) Which is the better sub, the Polk or the Velodyne? I am using a Yamah RXV-3000. What setting should I set the cross over?

Welcome to Club Polk.
Sure, you can mix the subs. Co-locating them all in a corner will minimize the potential for adverse interaction between them (cancellation).
If you are using small speakers, then set them all to small and set the sub to on/yes.
Run a sub cable and daisy chain them all together (if you will be running all three).
If you are using two subs, use a Y splitter off the sub pre-out and two sub cables (one to each sub).
Use the "LFE In" or "L/R In" RCA connection on each sub and set the subwoofer low pass filter control to its maximum frequency setting."What we do in life echoes in eternity"

i have the cht 8 and 12. They rattle my entire house and i wouldnt have it any other way!
Velodyne all the way -
Thanks for responding guys. I was hoping for a little more information.
I am running a Velodyne and a polk on the same system. My main speakers are the LSi9's. The system rocks, but I believe the speakers are giving up too much base to the subs. I need to set the crossovers. Suggestions?
Ary ratings on the subs?
