    I can attest that this is by far better than the stock one my cable company supplied. While it didn't happen with my cable supplier, many cable companies will stop charging you a monthly rental for their modem. This charge is usually about $7/month, so this will pay for itself if you are "renting" your current modem.

    I just checked, my monthly charge is 14 bucks. I am done with that. If I am unable to grab this one, there is one available locally to me I’m gonna grab tomorrow. I just upgraded my wifi to a mesh system as it is would be very difficult for me to route Ethernet to all three floors, so modem is next.
