How to solve this Reserve R900 dangling on R100 problem? R200?

I have a Reserve speakers set for Home Theater 5.2.4 Atmos use, more specifically:
This is similar to the same "Silver" System listed on Polk's website (the actual Silver only has 2 heights)
The issue is, R900 matches the width depth of R500 tower nicely, so they sit flush on the towers.
But on the rear channel R100s, although R900s match their width, they still precariously hang or dangle over the shorter R100s.
I am thinking to get the R200s which is slightly wider (extra 1") and longer (extra 0.8" or so) than the R900,
The benefits are, I will solve this "dangling" problem, and also I will be able to use the extra R100s as desktop speakers in the office and enjoy the amazing Reserve sound there too.
Here are my questions:
1. Would the R200s as rear channels be an overkill?
2. I could get the cheaper ES20 which is similar size as R200s so R900 would sit flushed/safely on top, but could ES20 create timbre match issues?
- 2x R500 Front Channels
- 1 x R350 Center
- 2x R100 Rear Channels
- 4x R900 Front and Rear Heights
