Word is that the photos of Paul Johnson's body/head "appear" to be authentic.
----It's confirmed, his body was found in a northeastern district of the Saudi capital, Riyadh----
Unbelievable, how about we start beheading Al Qaida members at Guantanamo, one by one until Iraq settles down? Of course, then we would be the terrible Americans again....*sigh*.
These SOB's better be glad I'm not the president, I would have declared Iraq a "defeated nation" and continued attacks until security was nailed down.

You know he's a local guy? One of the people I work with lives a few doors down from his family.
It doesn't sit too well considering the line of work I am in myself.Expert Moron Extraordinaire

Sad but I'm thinking it is just their culture to do stuff like that. It is something that needs to be stomped out with fury in my opinion. Had something like this happened in the US the person who did it would go to court, be charged with murder, live on death row for decades and when the time came to execute them all the protests against capital punishment would begin. I'm sure they will be dealt with more extremely (by us) over there than they would be if they were in the US. I'm sure a lot of americans will protest that we used cruel and unusual punishment against them if it happens. They are savages and must be treated as savages. Just because we are civilized doesn't mean we have to let this type thing happen without recourse. Some seem to believe you cannot kill people and still be civilized. I believe you cannot be civilized without taking action against this type of behavior.

I see this a little different.
Anyone that knowingly did this in our country for these reasons wouldn't have a chance to be executed through the system. The inmates have there own justice system for people like this and swift justice would happen within the prison.
