Sd tv

It's been almost 14 years since the HD tv mandates.
95% of Americans are now totally hd. Why hasn't catv set up
A cut off date yet? Or the feds. I guess sd tv owners are too
Old to pick up their sets and put them curbside.
Just a joke, sorry. Anything crt can't go on the curbside.
But it's time. Last place I saw one was at a senior center.
I have seen a couple in the neighborhood on the curb.
They sat there forever. God knows where they went.

I've recycled a couple from clients to a restaurant/bar. They said they'd use them on their deck because they found they wouldn't be stolen. lol
Expect that there will be bumps in the road. Choose to not let them rattle you.

    Realizing that no one did...
I'm the wrong person to ask...

We watch very little TV (virtually none, in fact), so it's actually kind of moot.
    but I do like @Clipdat's poem! :)

We actually did retire that Toshiba, which I got from my parents in the '90s... but it still works (fine) and it's still in the basement, since it would cost $$ to get rid of. :#

PS Yeah, that is a DVD-VCR combo on the bottom shelf. We use it, too, but mostly to play VHS Stereo HiFi audio tapes. All analog, 20-20kHz and 90 dB dynamic range with no need for NR, baby! B)
  • And playing music through the CRT TV speakers is extra sweet ?
    👍🤗
