Signa S2 Sub Will Not Connect or Stay Powered On

Hey All, tried the basic stuff, hard reset, re-pairing, outlet and even had Polk send me a replacement sub. Thinking its something with the Signal from the sound bar to the sub. I opened it up and nothing noticeably burned or disconnected. Maybe power to the main board for the sub?
