I hope it only gets better and he doesn't burn their customer service like what happened to Polks.

If Parasound produces and/or rebrands and sells a Bluetooth sound bar or headphones their business is doomed.

I've heard that first paragraph before. Usually it's slash and burn to eek out the highest profit possible. We'll just have to wait and see how "diversified" he takes the company.

Why are we looking to reduce a subjective experience to objective criteria anyway? The subtleties of music and audio reproduction are for those who appreciate it. Could've been worse, in terms of who bought them. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I'm actually curious to see how innovative he will be, in terms of his vision for expanding access to the hobby via unique and/or original product offerings. Should be entertaining to see if he can deliver on some of the things he touched on in the press release.

Parasoundbar will be able to compete with Soundbar United.

I may be wrong, and I hope I am, but a venture capitalist may figure out that building amps that regularly last ten to twenty years and continue to offer repairs on them all that time isn't essential to turning a profit.

If the Rotel model is followed without their mistakes it may be good. Rotel tried to jump on the Class D bandwagon but decided to revert to what they know well with their amps in recent years. They've even reintroduced their high end line of products although those still aren't easy to find in the US market.

I would expect some kind of Parasound streaming integrated amp to come out at some point that builds off another company's underlying work.

Their (Rotel) class D was terrible sounding.

I am going to miss emailing the company and having Mr. Schram responding personally.

If Mr Curl stays on then I think it is a sign the company will maintain its standards.
