Lenovo micro PC - M625Q, AMD A9 processor, 8G RAM (not upgradeable), HD 500G 7200rpm spindle drive. Windows 10 all updates done.
Wireless, bluetooth, 2x display ports, USB 2 and 3.

Will come with the proper power supply but nothing else so you supply the mouse and keyboard.
