Got too many left overs.
Dell Optiplex 3050, i5 processor (4 cores), 8G PC4 RAM and potentially upgradable to more. Hard drive is a solid state M.2 256M.
Just installed Win11 on it with all updates. Ya... technically it won't run Win11 but a small reghack (allowed by Microsoft) bypasses the CPU requirement.
Wireless/Bluetooth. USB 3... HDMI and Displayport.
Will come with the proper power supply but nothing else so you supply the mouse and keyboard.
