Magnifi Mini affecting Google speaker group

When I add the Polk speaker to a Google group either the Polk refuses to play or one of the other speakers in the group fails to play. Having done many tests it's definitely the Polk that's the cause. Groups involving other speakers and soundbars don't cause this.
