Error updating chromecast Magnify 2

Hello, Magnify 2 worked perfectly until I connected it to Wi-Fi and updated according to google home, only color leds appear: green, green, red, green, red, blue, blue, blue, white, white. The soundbar is unresponsive and only has 2 days of use.

His response:
"Sounds like it is locked up.
Have him reset the bar by unplugging it while it is on, leave it off few a few minutes, then reboot it.
It may take a few cycles to reset it." -
