RTA-11T Tweeter upgrades and best place to buy RDO-198

So today I picked up a pair of RTA-11T's for $30. I have reason to believe they are an early version of the RTA-11TL as they have the spoiler above the tweeter and have four small feet as opposed to the pedestal.

They also have the SL-3000 tweeters installed on both.

One of the tweeters appears to be dead. I checked the physical connection to the tweeters and also checked the resistance of the caps, everything seems fine there.

I've seem online (and on this forum) people recommending replacing the tweeters with the RDO-198's and i'm wondering where where's the best place to purchase them. I see them on eBay but i'm not sure if they're legit or not. Does Polk still sell them directly?

Polk sells the RD0198-1, which is the correct part number.

Resistance of the caps? Microfarad (uF) is how caps are measured. Regardless, the original caps are way past their useful lifespan and must be replaced.

By what you describe, they do sound like the TL. Some early TL's had T labels. $30 is a great deal.
