Two different silver baskets

so I picked up 2 silver basket mw6500 off ebay. one came locked up. (the one on the right in the pictures)
the guy said they came out of some m7's Please look at the differences between the two.
Please offer some information on them. as you can see, one is shorter than the other. i thought at first it was because it was locked up and that still may be somewhat true.
look at the terminals, they are different as well as a tab on the frame.
