Yeah it's burn and not image retention, looks like the previous owner loved himself some YouTube and poor little JJ from Cocomellon is sporting some green hair instead of yellow. Some here might feel my Cocomellon pain 
It fills the need it was acquired for so I'm not ate up with finding a replacement panel/screen if any even exist at a reasonable price.
Maybe some of you hoarders have one stuck back or know someone who does
