I just been looking on using a Slinky for a indoor FM antenna, which i remember hearing that on TV but i just forgot until i just typed it in and found out. Do anyone know how to do so.
I see that some people had the slinky all stretch out or just not stretched out

1) no, I haven't heard of such a gambit per se.
2) I doubt it's a good choice for FM wavelengths (although I'll prospectively allow as to how I could be totally wrong about that).
3) Be sure to get a metal one -- many of them today are plastic
4) Consider using one of these instead of a Slinky.

It's made for outdoor use, but it's not all that tall. I have one* leaning against a wall in my hifi room where it performs admirably.

* Well, actually the one I have is branded "Metz" (Laconia, NH). Metz is apparently the OEM M-D uses for the above-mentioned omni antenna. Not sure Metz still sells their FM antenna, though. If they do, it is probably less expensive than one with the "M-D" label on it.

This would be my fist radio with a f-connector.
I looked at this here antenna in the link, i looked at it at amazon and some reviews people say they don't work or they do, so do anyone know -
I have a metal roof on the house, and a metal building a few feet from the house in the yard, located outside of my room. I'm not climbing in the attic or on the room. But as for the window, i can do that, how would u go by on moundting it in the window

the installation instructions are coyly vague but there's an L-shaped mounting bracket. I reckon that something could be MacGyvered with a C-clamp or (perhaps even better) one of those quick-action clamps for woodworking - since the jaws are plastic.
