Problem with the Woofer of Magnifi Max SR

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with the woofer of my Magnifi Max SR, for 3 days now.
As I am watching TV, the woofer makes noises just as if there was a firework. Did someone experienced the same? Do you have a solution ?

Hello Mathieu,
Welcome to Polk's forum. From what others have experienced that problem could be related to interference between the soundbar/subwoofer and any network routers nearby. Are you able to move the router away from where the soundbar is? Even a few feet can make the difference.
