Wireless headset or ear buds?

Since working from home, my empolyer sent me a wired headset w/microphone. Greatly improves hearing others and my voice as compared to my laptop mic/speaker. 2 problems though, they get uncomfortable at about the 1 hour mark(all my coworkers have said this too) and I really would like to get up and move around during extended sessions.
Looking for a fairly inexpsensive solution. This has been suggested. Can you suggest a comfortable alternative in this price range?
