Polk Surroundbar 9500BT issue

I’ve owned this soundbar for a few years and recently when i moved i noticed it will turn itself on but not all the way for example; i’ll leave for the day and come back and the blue light indication source 1 is turned on but no audio will play so its partially turned on and im not sure why its doing this.

Hello, source 1 LED indicates Digital Optical input #1. Blue Steady = PCM or analog source received. Check source connected to optical 1. Confirm the audio out setting in the source is set to digital out.
