Relative of mine passed away recently.
He has a daughter in AK that inherited all his audio gear.
I don't think she's into audio at all.
Might keep an eye out for audio items being listed for sale in the area soon.

What part of the state might she be in?

Covid got him.
What sucks more is he had only been retired for 23 months. -
That really sucks.

Nice guy, old school audio, used to have magazine subscriptions to all the old publications back
in the day.
He was never a member here as he had no computer and didn't want one except when
he was at my place; he was always on mine reading stuff here as we listened to tunes
Various gear, Parasound amps. Technics turntables, various speakers. Lots of stuff.
One that come to mind is he had 2 sets of old Cerwin Vega DX9's that he bought new
back in the day.
The surrounds showed wear, so he replaced them with factory replacements and had the
crossovers updated/tweaked. Not sure on all what was updated but it was done by a guy who knew what he was doing.
He ran them on an old Onkyo amp, can't remember the model cept it had 2 big meters on it.
Put the Parasound amps on them and didn't sound that bad.
One day for giggles and grins, we put one of my XLS Crown amps on a set.
Them things thumped!!
Talk about some low-end thunder, I remember that day well as we were in his basement which
the billiard room was decorated heavily with neon signs and wall art, a couple of the vintage audio signs rattled off the wall. Thankfully none of the neon lights came down.
Good times indeed and he will be missed.
