Tube depot is where I usually get my blank boxes.

I can still buy them off eBay from china cheaper, than I can from The Tube Store.. Crazy!!!

For plinker tubes (e.g., the used 6SN7s around here), and FWIW, I use so-called "pizza boxes". These aren't meant for pizzas per se but rather medical or scientific samples. They come with dividers that are perfect for miniature tubes and adapt fairly well to small octals, too.
