Good deal on DSW MP 3000?

Got ahold of my what looks like a practically new MicroPro 3000 subwoofer for $210 after shipping and taxes. Considering the $1700 original price tag, and many happy mentions of owners on the forum for around $900, I felt it was a steal I could not ignore.
Just curious with how it holds up nowadays against the high watt, cheapo amps on the market and if I walked away having made a fair deal or a great deal! I’ve found it incredibly hard to find reviews on the sub online, so I’m hoping some more people in the forum have experience! Thanks
