LSi25/Def Tech sub cable config question

Hi guys,
I just bought a Rotel RSP-1582 (V2) processor that has 2 SUB OUT ports.
I have my Def Tech Powerfield 1800 connected from the LFE IN port on the sub to the SUB 1 OUT port on the processor.
I have the binding post bridge clamps removed on the LSi25s and have one RCA cable connected to the LFE IN port on the left speaker, and one RCA cable connected to the LFE IN port on the right speaker. Both RCA cables connect to a Y splitter and the male end plugs into the SUB 2 OUT.
Is this the correct way to connect everything up in this type of configuration?
Thanks,
Jason
