Adcom GFP 750, Sunfire 300 amp.....plus a bonus gift.

Ok kids, so I’m about to clean out Sid’s magic closet......so I gotta make some room.

To that end.....I’ve got to move some gear. The Tri-Vista is going to displace the other GFP 750 and the Sunfire. Now, normally I’d hoard this but, really? The Tri Vista and the A1008 are true destination pieces. For my purposes made of unupgradium.

This GFP 750 is the one Danny upgraded (also has a dinged corner)....and the Sunfire is bone stock and in good cosmetic shape.

So, I REALLY don’t want to ship....so here is what I propose, you come get both pieces for $1400 and I’ll throw in a pair of very nice SDA CRS+’s (1986 blade/blade...bone stock) no extra charge.

I’m located in North Charleston SC. I would even consider delivery (at my leisure) for the cost of gas within a reasonable distance.

This is a really killer deal. I've paired this exact 3 piece combo and it's exceptional. Very fair price for the Adcom and Sunfire plus CRS's...anyone in the market would be cray cray not to purchase this plug and play system. Oh, and the 750's upgraded. BONUS. The 750 is LEGEN...wait for it...DERY without the mods. GLWTS.

If shipping becomes an option, I am interested in the Sunfire...

Will let you know.....At this point, I’d probably just hang on to it rather than ship the Sunfire

Sonically? That Adcom is solid! We all heard it at Polkfest this year with Polk's big boys and their little brothers.

Congrat's on your latest acquisition, Troy!

That’s a great pre...it really shined in passive mode when I had it paired with a Pass X250 for those of you possibly running other Pass gear.

Agreed, this is just a great preamp. The stock version is VERY good. The hot rodded version is a giant slayer.

Truth be told, I'm sorta hoping that nobody picks these up as I have deep affection for both pieces....but, again, the MF gear is pretty much where it all ends with me so do I REALLY need to let these collect dust in a closet until I expire?

Thanks Tom.....I mean, a Tri Vista? I love F1 like a brother but I REALLY thought about giving him a good whiff of chloroform and making a mad dash with his almost 20 years ago. Listening to Babylon Sisters through his MF/2.3tl's rig was an epiphany.......so, yeah, that was a NO BRAINER. Plus, I get to see you dudes in about a month.

My 750 is long lost in a FS thread from a year ago. Didn't hurt my feelings but was surprised it didn't sell. I've since decided to keep and upgrade at a later date, just because. Should also add, the 750/Sunfire powered my 1.2tl's for quite some time. Sent the 300 to Rita's back in the day for a refresh and Bob Carver signed it to me. Still in the family...gifted the Sunfire 300 w/Theater Grand-III pre and 1C's to my daughter.

CP, get while the getting's good.

    Ok, how about this......

$1300.....and your choice of either the CRS's OR a pair of R200s (essentially NIB)

Surely someone would like to make a road trip to America's #1 city?

Heck of a deal here folks. Someone better drive their butt down there and grab this. The preamp alone usually goes for $600 or more and we know the R200 are some of the best sounding speakers under $1000 new! If I wasn't sitting on my LSA trying to sell it as well, I might be tempted, heck, I am tempted.
For rig details, see my profile. Nothing here anymore...
