Just had leftovers Well now my belly hurts bad & I can't eat any apple/pumpkin pie 
. Dang leftovers. So long to the diet & I'm so tired that workout isn't happening. 2 days of eating constantly. I'm spent

I went for fasting-bloodwork on Friday and got the sobering results this morning. Most of my TG leftovers are now headed for the neighbor's chicken coop or better yet the trash.
