For your consideration.....
If you are looking for a full featured destination preamp....this is probably it. If this wasn't an Adcom unit (designed by Nelson Pass, no less)......this would probably have been a pretty esoteric piece with a much heftier price tag. Even still, Stereophile bestowed it's Class "A" rating on it.
One of the VERY cool features is that you can operate it in passive or active mode. Most of my listening is done in passive mode.
I bought this one here on the forum awhile ago.....and then I bought another and I'm trying to fund other projects, so one is on the block. This one is bone stock and does have a ding in the top corner. I don't find it particularly distracting or noticeable from a distance but it is there.
I don't have the original packing but this isn't my first rodeo, and I have a copy of the manual and an aftermarket remote.
I'm thinking 675, shipped lower 48 fedex ground......USPS Money Order is preferred but paypal FF is ok too. Local pickup (Charleston SC) would be fantastic and I'll ply you with food and entertainment.
NOTE: as it turns out, I don't have pictures of it but will post later. Again, the corner damage wasn't a big thing for me.
Also, if you are in the market for an amp as well....check out the CJ MF2100 I have, I could make someone a SWEET package deal on the pair.

Great pre. I have one that's been in the FS section for a while but I was asking more and don't really care if it sells ASAP. I've had several offers from hit and run folks outside the forum but kept it for CP. Troy's is a better price and includes shipping. I'm too deep in tubes. Yes I've always wanted to try one. Timing was never right then and it's not now.
Great seller someone dive in on this! -
This is very tempting. I sold mine a couple years ago to fund something else and have always wanted another since. At this price it shouldn’t last long.
