Polk customer service is horrible!

bought the Polk S60 Speakers they came damaged and the boxes were destroyed to the point I can't return them in the boxes they came in. So I have called and told Polk audio (6times now!) to get new boxes to return the speakers back. Customer service told me they would send the boxes out so I could ship them back and that's been a month ago. Finally got a single box 20" x 24". WTF? This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with!!! Filed a dispute with paypal and they are worthless too. Here I am a month later fighting to get my money back. Do not do business with this company when you have a problem. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
