Anyone have an extra Tivo serial cable?

I bought my son a Tivo with a broken modem. I thought I could still use it as a VCR, but it needs to make a call to Tivo to get past the start up screen. I have been reading how to use an external modem connected the Tivo's serial port but I don't have the cable. Thanks for looking, Jeff
