SDA-2B studio blade/blade vs pin/blade crossovers different?

I have a black set and also an oak vinyl set of studio 2b's. Black is blade/blade and oak is pin/blade (maybe newer?) I don't need both sets so I'd like to keep the black set and sell off the oak. They both have the single board crossovers. Should I swap crossovers to have the pin/blade on the black set that I intend to keep? I'm planning to upgrade the socket to Speak-ons anyway so does it matter? The question I guess is, is there a difference in the crossover that would make the pin/blade more desirable?

    Are they both Studio versions?
Personally I'd keep the non Studio versions IMHO
One other cavate is UNLESS you're flush with drivers, I'd keep the drivers as MW6511's are VERY HARD TO FIND.

They are both studio versions. MW6503 and MW6511 drivers and single board crossovers. Both have the old cabinet design. One black the other oak vinyl. Don't really need to sell either one so I might keep them both, but would like to do all the mods (includingTL) to the black set since oak doesn't match the room. Maybe keep the others as backups. Just trying to figure out should I swap the x-overs first in order to get the pin/blade into the black set. They could be identical, I just haven't pulled the x-overs from either set to check.

Agreed that there's value in hoarding drivers if you plan to do SDA with 2Bs long-term.

Key difference in wiring between the blade-blade and pin-blade 2B is that there is a connection to negative speaker terminal that must be made for what is currently the wide blade connection--This connection will need to be made to support your Speakon connector, so I'd just leave the P/B crossover alone so that pair remains unmolested.
