I’ve never seen this version of the RTA line. It has a piezo horn tweeter low mounted for dogs and other small animals.

Someone's idea of a good idea.
FWIW, I don't think that's a piezo. I think it's one of those "Cycolac" (ABS) plastic body bullet horn tweeters that used to pop up more than occasionally both in DIY and in storebought loudspeakers (often of the commercial/PA type... but not always). Fostex had one*, I think Pioneer made one, too -- and R/S sold one, at one point.
